Gitika is an experienced lawyer turned Associate vice president at Hoflich. She oversees multiple divisions and manages the daily operations of the organisation in an effective manner. She plans and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure its smooth progress. She supervises personnel from several areas; evaluates and improves the effectiveness of business procedures following organisational objectives.

As a lawyer, she oversees pertinent agreements within the company and with external partners & vendors, as well as doing exhaustive due diligence prior to undertaking projects, to ensure that clients do not encounter discrepancies.
From gathering, analysing, and interpreting data and metrics, to assessing overall performances,  Hoflich ensures that the business operates legally and in accordance with existing regulation.
